Vegan Cobb Salad


There is plenty to eat at The Cheesecake Factory if you ask them to keep the chicken and cheese out of the dishes. There is also the Vegan Cobb Salad, which contains lettuce, grilled asparagus, green beans, roasted beets, avocado, cucumber, tomato, chickpeas, quinoa, almond, and sunflower seeds with a house vinaigrette.
