Hi, I'm Shilpa, and a mother of 3. If you are reading this, most likely you are just like me; a parent or family member of a child with an unexpected medical diagnosis.

We, as parents / parental figures, put full efforts in raising extremely bright, absurdly creative and wildly spirited children. When things turn from the direction we intend, we face unfathomable challenges. I am no stranger to these challenges. I am also no stranger to the fears, exhaustion, feelings of loneliness and helplessness that come with meeting the needs of a life altering diagnosis.

I understand how frustrating it can be to feel you may never find the answers to all of your questions. I have created management systems and tools to help, so every family does not have to start from the ground up to research every aspect of how to navigate these waters.

 

I am an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach; with an empathic approach from having my own trying life experiences. It's been an eye-opening journey to have so many black holes in our system when going through the diagnosis of my 11 year old nephew's metastasized Medulablastoma to helping a loved one through auto immune disease, handling in very different and difficult situations. I do not want other families to feel the lack of support, the loss of finances and jobs, the penalties in late tax filings and so much more. Through extensive training and research, I provide you a framework of solutions, vast community support, and resources of specific professionals to serve your family's goals.
