Hi! I'm Shilpa

In my early 20's I had symptoms of Auto Immune Disease. Through pain, testing, and no improvement I finally tried an alternate route. Holistic Healing. I also realized the ideals I've been taught and expected of myself were causing physical symptoms that were debilitating. After doing my research I landed in a health certification program, I put it to the test.

In 2006 I cut out all animal products and inflammatory foods, introduced whole foods, worked on my inner self... and the results...

I went from surviving to thriving!

I live in the Bay Area, California with my family. So grateful for them and all who has endured this road with me.

Growing up I was told I was an "old soul." I think back now, it was more of a thirst for understanding this world we live in. My goal as a child was to learn, research and understand human behavior. I learned so much through the walks of life and through wonderful programs.

I have learned so much through my 3 children and marriage. Teachings came through certification programs in health, nutrition, wellness and psychology. I've also had the opportunities of listening and speaking with all generations, people from different backgrounds and experiences. Reading and attending classes on human psychology, understanding self, giving talks on my beliefs and many more ways I've learned through.

I realized I had an internal calling to help others actually LIVE a life they want.
